You will receive the gift voucher directly as a PDF to print at home. The voucher can be redeemed online via the ticket shop or in person at the Haus der Kunst ticket desk.
Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. No cash refunds or replacement vouchers will be issued if lost.
